Corporate History
Landward was formed in 2000 with the purpose of securing the LINZ Biosecurity contract and to provide a corporate structure to secure LINZ and other contracts. Core activities of the related parties to the company include project management, biosecurity, resource management, ecological management, environmental consulting, property management, tourism, valuation and planning. These skills have been merged to fulfil an identified need for a corporate entity to manage the LINZ National Biosecurity contract and other specialist projects.
The cumulative length of time of the involvement of key employees in project management activities exceeds 30 years.
During its corporate history Landward has continued to consolidate a leading position in its identified core competencies of project management with an emphasis on land management and investment, ecology, valuation and environmental issues.
Landward has expanded its corporate network throughout New Zealand. This has been achieved by the development of sound relationship building in the local and regional authority, corporate and contracting sectors and by the delivery of consistently excellent results.
