Tenure Review Implementation
Under this contract Landward is responsible to LINZ for the implementation of completed Tenure Reviews.
Landward Management has been employed by LINZ to oversee its legal obligations to leaseholders to complete the Land Tenure Review process resulting in the freeholding of parts of pastoral leases and the retirement of the balance of the land to The Crown.
Landward sources contractors for fencing, surveying and other on farm construction activities. Current sites range from Central Otago to Marlborough.
