Land Portfolio Risk Assessment Contract

The LINZ Land Portfolio Risk Assessment Contract 50360 commenced on the 4th November 2004. This contract was completed to the highest standard and ahead of schedule in June 2005. The work consisted of locating the property, obtaining a LIM, physically inspecting, assessing for risks, undertaking a desktop valuation and providing a report for all 950 properties situated throughout the upper South Island. Landward established a specialist team of eight people to inspect and report on each property. Subsequently Landward has completed a project statistics report and is currently working through a risk mitigation report.
